Part of the Long Walk Series, Do Wop A Lou Bop is an 11x17 image printed on 100% cotton rag hot press paper.

The process of creating this image includes painting shapes and forms in gouache in my studio after long walks in my neighborhood. I enjoy paying attention to all the interesting shapes and forms in nature. Once I am done painting, I’ll scan in my work and begin processing it to create compositions with bold and energetic colors that capture the feeling of seeing these shapes in their natural setting. Do Wop a Lou Bop is a fun name for a fun print. I love this sky blue background, and it always makes me feel like skipping!
